We charge a flat rate of £7.00 GBP for shipping on all orders delivered across the United Kingdom.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once dispatched, courier transit within the UK takes 3 to 5 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we send a tracking link to your email. You can also track your order directly on our Track Your Order page using your tracking ID.

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our Bedford facility, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please inspect your package upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us immediately at support@misrabanoo.shop with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely via encrypted payment gateways.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email support@misrabanoo.shop or call +44 7418357184 immediately. Once an order enters processing or dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.
