Description
The Baxi Amptec S14 is a 14 kW three-phase electric system boiler for wet central heating — now sold under the Baxi brand, previously Heatrae Sadia. It needs no gas supply and no flue, runs both radiators and underfloor heating, and carries its circulation pump, expansion vessel and HMI display inside one compact, UK-built unit that fits a 290 mm deep cupboard.
Applications & suitability
Sealed wet central heating in properties with a three-phase electrical supply and no gas. Runs radiators or underfloor circuits from 30–80 °C, and with pump, expansion vessel and controls built in it drops into a 290 mm deep cupboard with no flue to route.
