Description
The Baxi Amptec S12 is a 12 kW electric system boiler for wet central heating — now sold under the Baxi brand, previously Heatrae Sadia. The largest single-phase model in the Amptec S range, it needs no gas supply and no flue, runs both radiators and underfloor heating, and carries its circulation pump, expansion vessel and HMI display inside one compact, UK-built unit that fits a 290 mm deep cupboard.
Applications & suitability
Sealed wet central heating in homes without a gas supply. Runs radiators or underfloor circuits from 30–80 °C, and with pump, expansion vessel and controls built in it drops into a 290 mm deep cupboard with no flue to route.
